No number on this site tells you whether you can drive. You can be impaired, and charged, below the legal limit.

Limits are summaries of laws with the date they were checked. They are not legal advice. Laws change; check the government source or a lawyer where you are.

Independence

BAC Calculator is an independent site. It is not affiliated with any government agency, police force, health service or breathalyzer maker. Names of agencies and laws are used only to identify the source of a figure.
